Isle of Man Authorities launch Strix™ AML

 

There was an excellent turnout for this morning’s introduction to the Strix™ AML data collection and risk assessment tool.

The event was jointly hosted by the Authority and the Gambling Supervision Commission to provide a high-level overview of the new system.

For anyone who was unable to attend, we will shortly be publishing a recording of the presentation and Q&A on our website. A user guide will be provided in due course, along with additional training videos where appropriate.

The use of STRIX supports our transition to a more data-led and risk-based approach to supervision. As well as boosting our overall effectiveness, it will strengthen our interaction with Island firms and enhance the AML/CFT annual returns process.
