2024 Annual Updates now being Delivered
FTS is kicking off the 2024 cycle of annual updates of Strix modules for license holders (with maintenance plans).
One of the key advantages of Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solutions like Strix are the software updates entitled to all license holders. These updates include new features, enhancements to existing functionalities, improves for productivity and reliability, security enhancements, and more, ensuring that Strix remains a cutting-edge tool for its users.
This year’s release includes at least 186 features / enhancements / improvements to the Data Collection, Scoring, and Data Analytics Modules.

Just a few of the New Features and Enhancements in 2024 Update:
Conditionality on “No” Responses
Binary questions are extensively used to manage question flows within surveys. A gateway Yes/No question can direct form fillers to relevant questions based on their responses. With this update, conditionality can now be applied based on a “Yes” or “No” response, expanding the potential configurations and providing greater flexibility in survey design.
Multi-Conditionality
The introduction of multi-conditionality further increases the range of survey design possibilities. Surveys can now be built with conditionality based on multiple questions (two or more other questions). In combination with the new “No” response feature, this enhancement enables the creation of highly tailored surveys that can adapt to the specific needs of each form filler. This, in turn, improves the user experience, as they are presented with the most relevant questions for their particular organization—similar to an ad-hoc survey.
XBRL Add-on Compatibility
FTS has recently launched a new product that allows the upload of XBRL Instances to populate survey forms in the Data Collection Module. With this update, the STRIX Data Collection Module is now fully compatible with the new XBRL add-on, enabling form fillers to easily integrate the XBRL language into their data submission workflow.
Complete Reporting Cycle (CRC) Dashboard
This latest addition enhances the Scoring Module’s data display, enabling users to view sector aggregate data for the reporting cycle with full data granularity. As the demand for sector-level data aggregation grows – particularly for users compiling National Risk Assessments and similar reports – STRIX now provides seamless access to analyze sector-level data with the same ease and functionality as entity-level data.
