Neha is the Lead Frontend Software Engineer at Financial Transparency Solutions.  Neha has more than a decade of experience in building state-of-the-art, easy-to-use, user-friendly software applications using the latest technologies like Angular, React, and Microsoft Technology Stack

Prior to joining FTS, Neha created and maintained a code base of large-scale enterprise products for organizations like the United Nations, Credit Suisse, and Royal Bank of Canada.  Neha has experience in working on full-stack development following Agile Software Methodologies.

Neha holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering from AK Technical University, India.

Garrett Dunker is the Managing Director of Financial Transparency Solutions GmbH and oversees development of Suptech solutions for Supervisors, such as Strix AML, that performs risk assessments, improves compliance with regulatory standards, and provides a recurring savings through automation.

Garrett manages a team of developers and administrative personnel to design software products while strategically up-valuing the tools by organizing intensive peer reviews from expert supervisors, engaging 3rd party developers for review of software quality and security, and incorporating a constant feed of client feedback.

Since 2016, Garrett has supported, on a technical level, the formation of Inherent Risk and Controls assessment models for a number of international clients.  Leveraging experience from previous Excel-based risk models and other risk model software, he has designed an efficient, powerful, and flexible mathematical backbone for the Strix AML scoring algorithm.

Garrett has 10+ years’ experience in project management in the aerospace industry for numerous international government customers and large company clients.  Garrett’s engineering background includes a heavy focus on testing and data collection, data management, and in creating algorithms to automate data reduction and predict results.

Garrett has studied Economics and Engineering at Arizona State University, and has received a BS in Mechanical Engineering.

Andreas is leading research and development at Financial Transparency Solutions. He has 20+ years of experience in designing and building stable and high-performance software systems and in leading R&D teams with a focus on functional testing, performance testing, application performance monitoring and application delivery management.

Andreas is an ambassador of agile software development methodologies and is specialized in maximizing the effectiveness of software development organizations and in turn the value they can provide to their customers.

Andreas holds a degree in Computer Science from the Johannes Kepler University Linz.

Krasimir is our Senior Backend Engineer. He has been designing and building stable, high-performance software systems for more than 20 years.  Starting from classic client-server technologies, moving through to web applications and web services, and then to the latest micro-services and cloud-based systems, Krasimir has deep understanding of the software industry and its latest trends.

As a Certified Scrum Master for more than 15 years, he is practicing various agile software methodologies, which have been integral in helping him to provide robust and reliable software solutions, with emphasis on quality and correctness.

Krasimir holds a Master’s degree in Automatics, Information and Control Engineering from the Technical University Sofia.

Bjarne is our Senior AML/CFT Advisor, prior to joining Financial Transparency Solutions Bjarne has served for international governmental organizations such as the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the World Bank, the  United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and the United Nations Office on  Combating Drugs and Crime(UNODC) on projects pertaining to Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT). Particularly, Bjarne advised and assisted jurisdictions in performing AML/CFT National Risk Assessments; implementation of FATF recommendations and best practices; training, capacity building/technical assistance (including for financial supervisors and FIUs), financial inclusion, measure and mitigate illicit financial flows, research on the nature and extent of ML and TF risks. 

Bjarne holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Aarhus University.
